Kick Boxing
This is an intense 45 minute class that will push you. There is some warm-up with abdominal strengthening followed by kicking and punching combinations. You will be kicking/punching a boxing bag or a dummy. Bring your own gloves or use some of ours. This class has lots of cardio work and lots of stress relief. You do not need prior experience with boxing, punching or kicking just expect a strong overall workout.
