Sports Conditioning


This 60 minute workout enables you to test and build your aerobic and anaerobic base. Several stations will be set up using bands, weights, medicine balls, and plyometric training to ensure an intense, yet efficient workout. Expect fast-paced, intense cardio and an all body workout. Come and challenge yourself! This class is for those who want to be a little stronger, get a little faster, get a little edge for their competitive sport. You are a good match for this class if you already workout on a regular basis and want to take that workout to a new level of intensity.



Hours:
Monday - Thursday 5:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Friday 5:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
