Willpower


Willpower will use many different tools to get effective results; including (but not limited to) stability balls, kettle bells, resistance bands, weights, and bodyweight drills. This class will be scaled to accommodate various levels of fitness & strength. This class will combine elements of strength, cardiovascular conditioning, balance, stability and fat loss into a potent cocktail.
Who Should take this class? A change in the weight size or body position can change the degree of difficulty - so that various levels of fitness can work together. It is recommended that you have prior strength training or kettlebell work.



Hours:
Monday - Thursday 5:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Friday 5:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
