Class Schedule
Jamestown Fitness Center offers a variety of classes to its members. Class size is small, with the number of members per instructor being much lower than in most health clubs. The atmosphere is always comfortable – similar to that of small group training. Jamestown Fitness classes are also unique for their high degree of individual attention to detail. All classes are approximately one hour long unless otherwise noted.
